This “Home Grown in Washington” girl was born in Sequim, WA, and currently resides in the Seattle area, where she has been employed for the past 17 years at a corporate travel management company.
In her spare is time Shannon keeps busy with her love and passion for making music. In January 2001 she released her first CD, titled “A Dream Is Born” a 2002 Honors National Parenting Publications Award winner. Awarded by industry Experts – a US Corporation. This soothing and peaceful lullaby CD was produced and arranged by two-time Grammy nominee, Roger Treece, and boasts performances by some of the Seattle areas finest musicians.
Shannon attends Eastside Foursquare Church where she continues to serve in the music, and children ministries. She can also be heard around town singing at special events and on occasion, Shannon has been heard belting out the National Anthem at local venues such as Emerald Downs and at Key Arena for the Seattle Sonics.
Shannon’s music reflects not only her love as a tender-hearted mother, but her concern for the need of prayer, and compassion for so many children in our world, young and old alike!
