Kristina’s voice has been classically trained since age seven. Since then, this Seattle native has performed in eight countries and on both coasts of the United States. In her travels, she took home several prestigious awards. However singing was not her only passion. Her songwriting began several years ago and she quickly partnered with veteran film composer and drummer, Stephen Cavit. With great tunes under their belt, Kristina and Stephen captured the attention of Bad Animals Studio Owner, Tom McGurk, who then became a part of the team.
Their new EP entitled “Touch the Sky” has just been completed. Kristina’s lyrics speak to the heart and the original music style, similar to Jewel, Dave Matthews and Sarah McLaughlin, appeal to wide demographics. This group of experienced performers will continue to play acoustic sets in local venues to bring the music to the people of the Pacific Northwest.
New material will also be recorded this fall and the group will continue to play in local venues. Having strong television and film contacts, the music is now being marketed to several film and television producers.
