Holly was raised in an environment of rich musical training; her pure voice provided many vocal opportunities at a young age. Her love for her family and desire to serve led her to put a promising musical career on hold to pursue a successful career as an Obstetrical Nurse.
Desiring to raise their two boys in a rural setting, Holly and her husband relocated to the mid-Willamette valley. They have established and now operate Dunning Vineyards on the acreage surrounding their home.
Over the last sixteen years she has been involved in a variety of musical venues. Holly has been a soloist for the Portland Trailblazers, The Professional Rodeo Circuit, and performed as a guest artist for women’s retreats, conferences and music ministries throughout the Pacific Northwest. This change in lifestyle enriched her musical talents as she began to write her own songs.
Holly is currently recording a much anticipated acoustic solo project entitled “Hope”. Scheduled for release in January, 2005, this project is a mixture of heart-felt originals and inspirational arrangements. The passion in her voice and music is a reflection of her faith, her love and her desire to “touch” listeners of all ages/with a message of “hope”.
