A native of Seattle, Washington, Carolee Mayne has a wealth of experience, spanning 25 years in the music industry. For the last 15 years she has primarily focused her talents on songs of inspiration that have taken her around the world. She recently relocated to the Los Angeles area, but her heart will always be in the Northwest.
In addition to music, Carolee co-hosts a talk show in Los Angeles and has been in radio as a DJ, voice over artist and program director. She works with several orphanages in Jamaica, leading groups of people who encourage the children and their headmasters, providing encouragement, repairs and medical assistance.
The children join her in concert imparting songs of hope and healing to Jamaicans island wide. Over 300 people have traveled with her through the years. Carolee’s next journey will mark her 19th trip to the hills of Jamaica. This woman shares the love, acceptance and forgiveness of God as she sings from her heart, transcending age and culture. Her earthy and soulful voice provides inspiration to the searching and the weary of heart.
